Our board of directors

The Orange Foundation is led by its managing director, Françoise Cosson, under the responsibility of its deputy chair, Caroline Guillaumin.

Several times a year, a board of directors meets to determine the Foundation’s focus and to ensure that it is managed correctly.

Led by Jacques Aschenbroich, Chairman of the Orange Board of Directors, this board of directors is made up of a group of founding members, Orange Group representatives and independent figures.

Its 12 members meet at least twice a year to discuss the results and objectives presented by the Foundation’s managing director.
