Supporting the integration of young people through digital technology
Since 2014, the Orange Foundation has been training young people between the ages of 16 and 25 in digital machines and new digital jobs in its 240 Solidarity FabLabs in Europe and Africa as part of youth employment programs. A real opportunity to express their talents through new technologies, develop their skills and improve their employability.

AAP FabLab France 2023

The Orange Foundation works with FabLabs to support the social and professional integration of young people, helping to remotivate them, teach them digital manufacturing, develop their softskills, and prepare them for the jobs of tomorrow.

In fact, since 2014, the Orange Foundation has been training young people between the ages of 16 and 25 in digital tools and new digital jobs at its 240 Solidarity FabLabs in Europe and Africa as part of youth employment programs.
A real opportunity to express their talents through new technologies, develop their skills and improve their employability.

Based on "learning by doing" and sharing, these courses help young people develop a project by learning to use 3D printers, digital milling machines, and laser cutters, among other tools.
At the same time, they develop technical, digital, and cross-cutting skills, such as project management, and gain experience working in a team - all valuable assets regardless of their future career.
